SENDING YOUR QUILT
If you intend to send your quilt to Bluegum Quilting Services either by post or courier, please check the Quilt Preparation page to ensure you have followed the recommendations for your quilt, plus the wadding & backing fabric if these are being sent with your quilt.
Print out an Order Form (pdf format, you will need Acrobat Reader to download) & complete all the required details, sign it & make a photocopy of the form to keep yourself. Include the original with the quilt, wadding & backing. Take a photograph of your quilt & keep this with your copy of the order form for your own records & to verify your ownership of the quilt.
It is recommended to place your quilt, wadding & backing in a large plastic bag & place this into a 'Tough Bag' which has a gusset. Send by Registered Australian Post to the address shown below. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your quilt by email or phone when it arrives at the Studio, together with confirmation of the requested work, an approximate price quote & estimated date of completion. If you want me to use this bag to return your quilt, consider the size your quilt this will be once it is quilted, I recommend using the largest GL size bag issued by Australia Post for larger quilts.

RETURNING YOUR QUILT TO YOU
You will be advised by email or phone when your quilt has been completed. If you need it to be returned by post, this will be done via Australian Post & sent Registered Post. This will be charged at cost plus any packaging & handling fees. You will need to settle your account prior to the quilt being despatched, see Payment Options.
